Consequences and scope
Individuals found to be in violation may face consequences ranging from a warning to immediate termination of employment or business relationships, depending on the severity and nature of the violation.
This applies to all employees, contractors, clients, partners, and anyone participating in Kvell's activities, both online and offline, including but not limited to meetings, conferences, and digital communications.

All reports will be investigated promptly and confidentially. We have a no-retaliation policy for those who report concerns in good faith. This policy is reviewed annually, and we comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015 (UK) and similar legislation in other jurisdictions where we operate. The Board of Directors has ultimate responsibility for its implementation.
